    A treat for fans of David's early career. I especially like his cover of Waiting For the Man. Less rabid fans, or those that favor his later work, might find it redundant.

    The Width of a Circle Box Set is amazing to say the least! I am truly enjoying the music, the early song versions, the handwritten lyrics and notes from key players and the photographs. Such a wonderful package. Any Bowie fan would enjoy and love as much as I do, I am sure!

    An excellent archaeological find. It’s cool to see his evolution from the hippie days.

    As a completist I felt I had to have it, CD2 is great CD1 feels a little like barrel scraping, The book is a very nice touch.I hope there is a bonanza of Hunky Dory material coming!

    The Width of a Circle Cd set is a must have for a Bowie collector and enthusiast. The Cd quality is as expected, and is a nice pairing with The Man Who Sold the World or it’s recent remaster Metrobolist. The booklet is highly detailed with a collection of pictures and unheard/rehashed stories of when Bowie and company were conceptualizing the songs heard on the present and now fully realized discs in this set. On a personal note, it’s a bit clunky at first but slightly nostalgic thinking about being there with Bowie and company singing and playing the songs, but gradually you do hear how Bowie and the band sonically stepped towards the finish line of Hunky Dory. All in all, it’s worth the price and the time to check it out and listen to a piece of Bowie’s history with his early work with his band. Thanks for reading. :-}
