Limited anniversary edition, half-speed mastered by John Webber at AIR Studios from 192 kHz restored masters of the original Record Plant tapes, cut on a customized late Neumann VMS80 (fully recapped electronics) with no additional processing on transfer. Pressed on 180-gram vinyl.

    STATION TO STATION (50th Anniversary Half-Speed Mastered LP)

    This has always been one of my favorite Bowie albums. After several listens of the new Station to Station

    half speed master, I can only say, fantastic! What a difference from my original Station to Station LP. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend every Bowie fan to pick this up!

    A Classic Gets Its Proper Dues

    Being a Bowie-phile, I own said album in the many different formats that have been issued over the years. Some sound better than the others. However, lots of care was taken to make this one special, and the payoff is tremendous. If you cannot find a good old early 1980's pressing, buy this one. Let's face it: nothing sounds better than old vinyl. But this one--this is the next best thing.
